Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Drain and rinse the black beans.
  2. In a food processor, combine the black beans, maple syrup, coconut oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Process until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly firm.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing into squares.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
