Ingredients
  • 2 avocado Ripe Avocados
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Red Onion
  • 2 teaspoon Jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Pineapple
Instructions
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados with a fork until chunky.
  3. Add lime juice, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Gently fold in the chopped mango, strawberries, and pineapple.
  5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  6. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or as desired.
