Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower florets and toss until they are evenly coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
