Ingredients
  • 200 gram Frisee lettuce
  • 150 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 100 gram Cucumber
  • 50 gram Red onion
  • 100 gram Feta cheese
  • 50 gram Olives
  • 3 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the frisee lettuce leaves.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Slice the cucumber and red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the frisee lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately.
