Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Mushrooms
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 4 stalk Green onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, pulse mushrooms, tofu, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a potsticker wrapper and fold in half, sealing the edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the potstickers until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
