Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
Instructions
  1. Cut tofu into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat tofu cubes with the cornstarch mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  5. Fry tofu cubes until golden brown.
  6. Remove tofu from the pan and drain excess oil.
  7. In the same pan, add ketchup and stir-fry for a minute.
  8. Add fried tofu cubes back to the pan and mix well.
  9. Serve hot.
