Ingredients
  • 400 grams Green Beans
  • 50 grams Slivered Almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the blanched green beans to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
  4. Add slivered almonds and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the almonds are lightly toasted.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss to combine.
  6. Transfer the fried green beans to a serving dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot as a delicious side dish or appetizer.
