Ingredients
  • 4 piece Corn on the cob
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Roll each corn on the cob in the flour mixture, making sure it is evenly coated.
  5. Carefully place the coated corn on the cob into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  6. Once fried, transfer the corn on the cob to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
  7. Allow the corn on the cob to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
