Ingredients
  • 200 gram Rice Vermicelli
  • 100 gram Carrots
  • 100 gram Cabbage
  • 100 gram Bean Sprouts
  • 50 gram Spring Onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak the rice vermicelli in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add carrots, cabbage, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the soaked rice vermicelli.
  6. Stir-fry the vermicelli for 3 minutes, then mix with the vegetables.
  7. Season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
