Ingredients
  • 200 gram Bifun Noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 4 wedge Lime
Instructions
  1. Cook the bifun noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cooked bifun noodles. Stir in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Continue stir-frying for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
