Ingredients
  • 250 gram Asparagus
  • 100 gram All-purpose flour
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 2 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and trim the asparagus spears.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each asparagus spear into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry the breaded asparagus spears until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  8. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
