Ingredients
  • 4 cup Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add fresh tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir well.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and let the sauce rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti, garnished with fresh basil leaves and grated Parmesan cheese.
