Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Use an immersion blender or transfer the mixture to a blender to puree until smooth.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
