Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 20 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 tablespoon Cream
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour vegetable broth and season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Blend the soup using an immersion blender or a countertop blender until smooth.
  5. Return the soup to the pot and reheat over low heat. Stir in fresh basil leaves.
  6. Serve hot with a drizzle of cream on top.
