Ingredients
  • 250 gram Pasta
  • 4 piece Fresh tomatoes
  • 20 gram Basil leaves
  • 30 gram Pine nuts
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the fresh tomatoes and basil leaves.
  3. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan until golden brown.
  4. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic cloves until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes, basil leaves, salt, and black pepper to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the tomato mixture.
  7. Toss everything together until well combined.
  8. Serve the pasta topped with toasted pine nuts and grated Parmesan cheese.
