  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine fresh peas, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and fresh mint leaves.
