Ingredients
  • 2 cup Fresh corn kernels
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced red onion, sauté until fragrant and onion is translucent.
  3. Add fresh corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until tomatoes are slightly softened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil leaves.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or with your favorite main course.
