Ingredients
  • 500 gram Brussels sprouts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. Slice the onion.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts and onion with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
