  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, yeast, honey, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
