Ingredients
  • 1 head Green cabbage
  • 1 head Red cabbage
  • 2 large Carrots
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small White onion
  • 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and white onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded vegetables.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, celery seed, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss to combine.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
