Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and trim the carrots. Cut them into even-sized sticks.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the carrot sticks and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the carrots and pat them dry.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  5. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Toss the carrots in the glaze until well coated.
  7. Place the glazed carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the carrots are golden and tender.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
