  • 200 gram Chanterelle mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
Instructions
  1. Clean the chanterelle mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the chanterelle mushrooms, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for about 8-10 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
