Ingredients
  • 2 can Chickpeas
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 40 clove Garlic
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, broccoli florets, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat everything evenly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet and spread it out in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chickpeas are crispy and the broccoli is tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
