Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, and salt to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to set.
  5. Once set, cut into bars and serve.
