Ingredients
  • 500 gram All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Yeast
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1.5 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add olive oil and water to the flour mixture.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  7. Punch down the dough and transfer it to a greased baking sheet.
  8. Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples.
  9. Drizzle olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with rosemary and garlic powder.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let the focaccia cool for a few minutes before serving.
