Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the tofu until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract to the tofu and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the tofu mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the tofu batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  8. Remove the donuts from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  9. Dust the donuts with powdered sugar.
  10. Allow the donuts to cool for a few minutes before serving.
