Ingredients
  • 150 gram Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Almond Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine melted coconut oil, maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Fold in the shredded coconut.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Press down lightly on each cookie to flatten.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are slightly crisp.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
