Ingredients
  • 1 cup Flaxseed Meal
  • 1 cup Quinoa Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flaxseed meal, quinoa flour, sesame seeds, chia seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to your desired thickness.
  5. Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet.
  6. Use a knife or pizza cutter to score the dough into square or rectangular shapes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for 15 minutes.
  9. Break the crackers along the scored lines and serve. Enjoy!
