Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Place the coated potato wedges on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
