Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fines Herbes (Parsley, Chives, Tarragon, Chervil)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle fines herbes, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  5. Cook for a few more minutes until the flavors are well combined.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
