Ingredients
  • 2 cup Strawberries
  • 4 ounce Mixed nuts
  • 2 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Slice the strawberries and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the baby spinach, sliced strawberries, sliced red onion, and mixed nuts.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese on top of the salad.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
