Ingredients
  • 2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Dried herbs (e.g., thyme, rosemary)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, olive oil, water, and salt. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin rectangle.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and dried herbs on top of each rectangle.
  5. Cut the rectangles into smaller cracker-sized pieces.
  6. Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the crackers turn golden brown.
  8. Allow the crackers to cool before serving.
