Ingredients
  • 2 piece Pita bread
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Radishes
  • 1 cup Fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Fresh mint
  • 4 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 cup Hummus
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the pita bread into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the grill or oven for about 5 minutes, or until crispy.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, radishes, parsley, and mint.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  6. Add the toasted pita bread to the salad and toss again.
  7. Let the salad rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve the fattoush bread salad with a side of hummus.
