Ingredients
  • 500 gram Spring Cabbage
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash the spring cabbage and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chopped spring cabbage and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is cooked but still slightly crisp.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course with rice or noodles.
