  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
