Ingredients
  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes crosswise into thin slices, making sure not to cut all the way through.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, making sure to get it in between the slices.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
