Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes, making sure to get it in between the slices.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the potatoes.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Let the potatoes rest for 5 minutes before serving.
