Ingredients
  • 400 gram Red Cabbage
  • 400 gram Green Cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Apple
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the red and green cabbage, apple, vegetable broth, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
