Ingredients
  • 3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  8. Once cooled, break the granola into small clusters.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
