Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Dried fruits (such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over low heat until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well, ensuring all the dry ingredients are coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, mix in the dried fruits.
  9. Store in an airtight container.
  10. Serve with yogurt, milk, or enjoy it as a snack.
