Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and water. Cover the pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with injera or rice.
