Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Noodles
  • 3 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 4 stalk Spring onions
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced spring onions, carrots, cabbage, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour the soy sauce mixture over the top. Toss everything together until well combined.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
