Ingredients
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Cilantro leaves
  • 4 unit Garlic cloves
  • 1 unit Onion
  • 1 cup Culantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 cup Green olives
Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the green bell pepper, red bell pepper, cilantro leaves, garlic cloves, onion, culantro leaves, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, and oregano. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sofrito mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the green olives and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with rice, beans, and your choice of protein.
