  • 800 gram Potatoes
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into wedges or cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
