Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 cup Lentils
  • 1 cup Pasta
  • 1 cup Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Cook rice, lentils, and pasta separately.
  2. In a pan, fry the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, tomato sauce, vinegar, cumin, red pepper flakes, and salt to the pan. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, fry the chickpeas until crispy.
  5. Mix the cooked rice, lentils, and pasta together.
  6. Serve the mixture topped with the tomato sauce mixture and crispy chickpeas.
