  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the vegetable oil, vanilla extract, vinegar, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
