  • 2 cup Cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1.5 cup Non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 0.5 cup Chopped green onions
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add the non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, and maple syrup to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the corn kernels and chopped green onions.
