In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and salt.

Add the vegan butter and vanilla extract to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients together until a dough forms.

Gradually add water to the dough, mixing well after each addition, until the dough is smooth and slightly sticky.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1/4 inch.

Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes from the dough.

Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
