Ingredients
  • 2 cup Edamame beans
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the edamame beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked edamame beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
