Ingredients
  • 1 cup Edamame beans
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Boil the edamame beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked edamame beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
  5. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of black pepper.
